Terms of Service

By accessing and using Strivio's business services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content. Strivio retains rights to our platform technology, service improvements, and brand assets including the Strivio name, logos, and trademarks.

4. Limitation of Liability

Strivio is not liable for third-party content, your advert content and business decisions, temporary service unavailability, or consequential and incidental damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice for subscription changes. Immediate termination applies for violation of terms. Data is retained for 90 days post-termination for export.

Business Plans & Pricing

Strivio Business offers subscription plans that include monthly advert budgets and placement benefits.

2. Included Advert Budget

Each plan includes a monthly advert budget ($200 for Launch, $400 for Growth). Usage within the included budget is covered by your subscription. Usage beyond the included budget is billed as ad spend overage at the applicable CPM, CPC, or CPV rates.

3. Upload Limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of banner and video adverts. Adverts are limited by the plan's quota, and additional adverts may require an upgraded plan or incur additional charges.

Advert Policy

This policy explains how adverts are created, placed, and delivered on Strivio.

• Mid-roll: Adverts shown during a video (subject to availability).
• Post-roll: Adverts shown after a video ends (subject to availability).
• Home-page banners: Banner adverts shown on the Strivio home page (Launch plan eligibility).

3. Scheduling & Rotation

Adverts are scheduled and rotated across eligible placements. Higher priority adverts receive more frequent rotation. The Growth plan receives higher campaign rotation eligibility than the Launch plan.

Overage and pay-per-performance advertising is billed using the following models.

3. Ad Spend Overage

When your ad spend exceeds the monthly budget included in your plan, the overage is billed automatically at the applicable CPM/CPC/CPV rates. Overage charges appear in your payment history as "Ad Spend Overage".

Advert Review & Approval

All adverts are subject to review before publishing to ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable law.

• Adverts submitted for approval are reviewed by our team.
• The Launch plan includes standard review; the Growth plan includes priority review.
• Review may take up to a few business days depending on plan tier.
• Approved adverts are scheduled for rotation based on plan eligibility.

2. Rejection & Re-submission

Adverts that violate our content guidelines or applicable law will be rejected with a reason. You may edit and re-submit a rejected advert. Repeated violations may result in restrictions on your account.

3. Removal

We may remove any advert that violates policies after approval. Advertising credits used for removed adverts are not refunded.

Advert Content Guidelines

Adverts must comply with our community guidelines and the following additional rules.

1. Prohibited Advert Content

• Illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs, and regulated substances.
• Misleading, deceptive, or false claims about products or services.
• Adult content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts.
• Malware, phishing, or other harmful software links.

2. Accuracy

Adverts must accurately represent the advertised product or service. Exaggerated claims, fake testimonials, and bait-and-switch practices are prohibited.

3. Compliance

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their adverts comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations, including disclosure requirements where applicable.

Billing & Renewal

This policy explains how business subscriptions are billed and renewed.

1. Subscription Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing interval (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
• You may save cards to your account for faster checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Ad Spend Overage

Overage charges are billed separately from the subscription fee and appear as "Ad Spend Overage" transactions in your payment history.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features continues until then.

Analytics & Reporting

Strivio Business provides analytics to help you measure the performance of your adverts.

1. Available Metrics

• Impressions: The number of times your advert was displayed.
• Clicks: The number of clicks your advert received.
• Views: The number of video advert views.
• Spend: Your total advert spend, including budget and overage.
• Performance: Engagement and conversion metrics where available.

2. Accuracy

We work to keep analytics accurate, but metrics are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to filtering of invalid activity. Advert metrics may not reflect filtered invalid traffic.

Prohibited Businesses

The following business categories are not eligible to advertise on Strivio:

• Illegal or regulated substances, including drugs and weapons.
• Adult content and escort services.
• Counterfeit goods or infringing content.
• Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, and financial scams.
• Malware, hacking tools, and other harmful services.
• Any business that violates applicable law or our community guidelines.

Fraud & Invalid Activity

Strivio prohibits fraudulent advertising activity and filters invalid traffic.

• Generating fake ad impressions, clicks, or conversions through automated means.
• Clicking your own adverts or incentivizing others to click.
• Placing adverts that auto-refresh to inflate impressions.
• Using deceptive creatives to obtain accidental clicks.

3. Invalid Activity Filtering

We filter invalid impressions, clicks, and views from reporting and billing. Filtered activity is not counted toward your spend or your ad budget.

Refund Policy

Refunds for business subscription and advertising charges are handled as follows.

1. Subscription Refunds

• Subscription refunds are subject to the same 24-hour window and calculations as the platform refund policy: a minimum refund of 20% of the original amount, minus a 10% processing fee.
• All subscription refunds require admin review and approval.

Account Security

We take the security of your business account seriously.

• Use a strong, unique password and enable additional verification where available.
• Never share your credentials or verification codes.
• Keep your company contact details and payment information up to date.
• Monitor your payment history and analytics for unusual activity.

2. Reporting Security Issues

If you suspect unauthorized access to your business account, contact support immediately. We may temporarily restrict account activity while we investigate.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate business accounts that violate these policies.

• Violation of these policies or our community guidelines.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal advertising activity.
• Repeated content guideline violations.
• Chargeback abuse or payment fraud.

2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to the business platform ceases, adverts are removed, and any unused credits are forfeited. Data is retained for 90 days for export.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute related to billing, adverts, or the platform, contact us first. Many issues can be resolved through our support channels.

2. Admin Review

Refunds, billing adjustments, and policy actions are subject to admin review. Decisions are based on our policies, applicable law, and available evidence.

3. Governing Law

These policies are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Strivio operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes.

Changes to Policies

We may update these policies from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the business platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
